Cannot set up an account via MCP. MCP works with an existing TickM user and organization. Sign up in the web app first.

TickM Pro connects to AuditionAI, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP-compatible assistants. Your assistant can search, add, edit, and delete your time entries on your behalf after you authorize access.

Setup

Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop): TickM is listed in Claude’s official connector directory. Add it from there and skip straight to the OAuth consent screen — no manual URL entry needed.

Other MCP clients (ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, and the rest):

Confirm your organization is on Pro (or Enterprise with MCP).
In your AI app, add a custom MCP connector pointing at https://app.tickm.com/api/mcp.
If you belong to multiple orgs, pin one with ?orgSlug=your-slug on the URL.
Complete the OAuth consent screen (“TickM MCP”). Tokens are scoped to time-entry access only.

Security & session

MCP connectors use OAuth with rotating refresh tokens. If a connector is unused for 14 days or older than 30 days, you must reconnect and approve consent again.
