Setting up an account
Sign up, create your workspace, and complete Stripe checkout.
Account setup is only available in the web app. You cannot create a TickM account or organization through MCP.
Getting started takes a few minutes. You will authenticate with TickM, name your workspace, accept consent dialogs, and complete Stripe checkout. A credit card is required at signup — there is no free trial, but plans start at $2.50/user/month when billed annually.
Signup steps
- Choose a plan from the pricing page or go directly to app.tickm.com/signup.
- Sign in or create your TickM account (Auth0).
- On
/signup/[plan], enter your workspace name and display name. - Accept the user consent and organization consent dialogs when prompted.
- Your organization is created and you are redirected to
/subscribe?orgId=…&plan=…to pick monthly or annual billing and complete Stripe checkout. - After payment, TickM provisions your workspace database, sends a welcome email, and opens the app so you can start tracking time.
After signup
If you belong to more than one organization, you will use the organization picker at /org-select to choose which workspace to open.
Users without an assigned license for an organization see a message to contact their organization owner. See Adding licenses.
